Players are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. maju369 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

The following account rules apply at all times:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player may hold only one Account. Any duplicate account discovered will be suspended immediately.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another individual.
• Accurate Information: Players must promptly update their Account details if any registered information changes. Material changes — such as changes to bank account or payment details — may require-verification.

• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. maju369 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, subject to prior notice.

maju369 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to ensure fast and convenient fund management for all Players. All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction across all payment channels.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT).
• Deposits are credited to the Account in real time for e-wallets and DuitNow. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the Player's financial institution.
• maju369 does not accept deposits from payment instruments that do not belong to the registered Account holder. Third-party funding is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification in full.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within standard processing windows. DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 3to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• maju369 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its anti-moneylaundering (AML) obligations.

5.3 Currency

All funds on maju369 are held and transacted in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. maju369 does not accept liability for fluctuations in exchange rates affecting cryptocurrency deposits.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification. Players aged under 21 are ineligible for any bonus offer.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times may result in account suspension.

Where maju369's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, it shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. maju369 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
